"They loved people, the fields, and life."
Parents, grandparents, siblings, son, and daughter, who both loved and were loved.
Orly, born in kibbutz Ein HaShlosha, was opinionated, determined, and always placed the common good before her own. A nurse by profession, she was dedicated and loyal to both her colleagues and patients, never hiding anything from them. She constantly strived for excellence and worked to promote health in the community.
Throughout her life, she believed in coexistence. She will always be remembered as the “couscous queen” of Ein HaShlosha. Orly was murdered on Saturday morning by lawless terrorists at her doorstep while trying to flee for her life.
David, born in Paraguay, immigrated to Israel to pursue a Zionist dream. He was a hardworking tiller of the soil. An agronomist by profession, dedicated and loyal to his work and to the land - a farmer in every fiber of his being. He shared his vast knowledge in Israel and around the world, and was admired wherever he went.
Like Orly, David also believed in coexistence throughout his life. He will forever be remembered as the #1 goalkeeper of Ein HaShlosha.
David was murdered on Saturday morning by lawless terrorists in the garden he loved and nurtured, while trying to extinguish the flames that engulfed their home.
They will forever be remembered as loving family people, who worked hard for others and for their country.
