Yotam Haim of Kibbutz Gvulot, a 28 year-old red haired drummer, loved animals, was an athlete with a keen and sarcastic sense of humor. A basketball player, a friend and a brother.
He was kidnapped from his home in the “Youth Generation” neighborhood in Kibbutz Kfar Aza at 10:49 am on the Black Saturday of October 7th, 2023.
Yotam survived 65 days in Hamas captivity, revealing his strength and the wings of his spirit in the most difficult of times.
After managing to escape with Alon Shamriz and Samer Talaka, he was killed on December 15th 2023 by fire from IDF troops and left this world a free man, a Jewish partisan.
